Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Six Sigma Training, UK

Design for Six Sigma Training is used to design or re-design a product or service to produce very low defect levels. Common approaches used for DFSS projects are DMADV (Define, Measure, Analyse, Design, Verify) and IDOV (Identify, Design, Optimise, Verify). DMADV is used when a product or service has been optimised and still doesn't meet customer requirements. IDOV is used when designing a completely new product or service.
